Method 1: By using the Microsoft Snipping Tool

This is the simplest and easiest process to take a screenshot. In this Click on Windows + Shift + S at the same time. The screen will get dim and you can select the required Area to take a screenshot on PC. If required you have the option to take the full screen screenshot by changing the option which on the top after pressing the Required Keys.
Method 3: By Using the Windows Key + PrtSc
It is used in some cases where we need the entire screen image. when we use this method the Image will be saved to the Pictures Folder in the File Explorer. we can take the screenshot by clicking the Windows Key + PrtSc (PrintScreen) Keys.
